We only ask that you:

• Participate in a PatternStream Training course to assure that you have the knowledge required to fulfill your needs
• If you find that you are not able to complete a task, that you give us a chance to support your endeavor

If we can't make PatternStream do what is required for your project, and you have not used it for production at anytime, return the license to FML for a full refund  excluding training and service work, if applicable.  We will stand behind this guarantee for a period 45 days.
