PatternStream for State and Local Government
FML implemented PatternStream at the County of Santa Clara, California to
publish the county’s Recommended and Final Budget documents from their BRASS
database in 1999. Since then FML has implemented a variety of solutions for
state and local governments.
PatternStream has been sold to more than 34 school
districts and city, county, and state governments for budget, capital
improvement program (CIP), and comprehensive annual financial reports (CAFR)

in federal government agencies (Department of Defense, the intelligence
community, executive branch) or public transit agencies. It also does not include
the private sector PatternStream customers that publish financial reports,
catalogs, directories, manuals, and other information driven documents.

published from an assortment of information for print and electronic
distribution. For more information specifically regarding budget publishing
