PatternStream for State and Local Government

FML implemented PatternStream at the County of Santa Clara, California to publish the county’s Recommended and Final Budget documents from their BRASS database in 1999. Since then FML has implemented a variety of solutions for state and local governments.

PatternStream has been sold to more than 34 school districts and city, county, and state governments for budget, capital improvement program (CIP), and comprehensive annual financial reports (CAFR) document publishing. This does not include budget and other document publishing in federal government agencies (Department of Defense, the intelligence community, executive branch) or public transit agencies. It also does not include the private sector PatternStream customers that publish financial reports, catalogs, directories, manuals, and other information driven documents.

PatternStream is deployed at more sites than any other application to enable automated budget document publishing. FML has more implementation experience than any other vendor. Since 1999, FML has worked with counties, cities, states, and the federal government to implement systems to publish not only budgets, but also CIP documents, exhibits, CAFR, and other reporting documents.
